Characters

Bonny and Clyde were notorious criminals. The male and female team of Bonny and Clyde captured the imagination of the media and the public in America during the Depression. Unlike their namesakes the 21st century Bonny and Clyde are not bankrobbers but housebreakers.  This documentary follows their exploits.

Bonny

Happy to keep her real name secret, Bonny is also very happy to accept the name given to her by the media.  She and the notorious Bonny Parker have much in common.  Like her namesake she is young and sassy. She wants the public to know of the success of Bonny and Clyde as they undertake their crime spree.  Bonny met Clyde when they were teenagers and fell in love.  Bonny complements Clyde by providing the logistics and planning for their crimes.

Clyde

Clyde provides much needed muscle to the partnership.  He accepts the label mastermind criminal. He is a risk taker, an optimist and ever inventive. So far as his likeness to Clyde Barrow, they are both male and not born in Australia.

Darrion

Darrion Blake is an independent filmmaker.  Through a source he was approached to make a documentary about the 21st century Bonny and Clyde.  He accepted on the basis that he would be given full access to their lives and crimes. His cameraman, Jules, has worked with Darrion for many years. Together they have won the Eddie Ebstein Award for Excellence in Journalism on 3 occasions.

Kevin

Kevin is Bonny's cousin and new partner.
